The Six Attitudes Of High Achievers

High Achievers...

1. Make No small plans: Plan BIG
Image result for make no small plan, plan big
  - What this means is that why plan something so small in your life that won't make a difference. Always shoot for the stars and have high hopes for yourself. Don't be the person that does small things because things like that won't make a major effect in your life. Plan something that will change your life for the better because that can help you out throughout your life and help you become a better person. you'll be more than a CTR person but you can also be the person that can help society all around us for the better. A quote that I found related to this stood out to me which is "Make no little plans; they have no magic to stir men's blood and probably themselves will not be realized. Make big plans; aim high in hope and work, remembering that a noble, logical diagram once recorded will never die, but long after we are gone be a living thing, asserting itself with ever-growing insistency" this means to make something out of your life before you move on. Have an affect on the world by planning something big.

2. Do what they fear
-what this means is to do something you fear and accomplish your fear. This could also mean to do something you fear and that to do what no one else would expect from you. Prove people wrong by doing something unexpected and out of the ordinary. let's say there is something you want to do but are scared of doing it because of what others might think of you, in this life you only have one life so you make it count by doing it because if you don't do it then you'll live in regret. You'll never know what could've happen if you didn't try at all. Be a winner and shoot your shot and have a the courage to stand back up when life knocks you down. You are you're own individual so only you can decide your choices don't let others tell you what to do because this is your life. A quote that is similar to this "We are afraid to care too much, for fear that the other person does not care at all." by Eleanor Roosevelt is a great quote because this means people are afraid to what they want because of what others might think and that's wrong do what you want it's your life. In conclusion what all this means is to face your fears make your own choices and become the unexpected. Image result for what does "do what they fear" mean?

3. High Achievers are willing to prepare
-This means that if you want to achieve something really great and beyond you want have to prepare for it and work hard for it. It may take a long time to prepare for but if you really want it you'll achieve it. Prepare for something that will take years for you to do, because if you are preparing for something small you will get a small result and that's good but not good enough. Prepare for something big you will see major results and that's better than getting small results. If you are preparing to do something really great in your life but have second thoughts, don't. You have one life only and if you are willing to prepare for something that can possibly change your life I say go for it and have no regrets whatsoever. This also means No high achiever reached success overnight. Masters of anything understand the need to prepare to get better. High achievers understand the need for an organization to prepare each and every day to execute on their vision.

4. High Achievers are willing to Risk Failure
    - This is something some of us or all of us can relate to. In order to succeed you will have to go through obstacles and pass through them. High achievers will risk anything to succeed even failure because how will you know to get better or do something better if you don't fail. Risk everything, don't worry about failing because at one point everyone in life will fail and not achieve their goal. Some will get back up and learn from their mistakes because they risk everything and weren't scared to get right back up from their feet. "There's no danger than playing it safe." This quote is from a nike commercial but their slogan was "Risk Everything" but that quote stood out to me because if you play safe that's good you''l get good results. I would want to risk everything because what if I do something out of the ordinary and it becomes something better than great? If i did that by choice and got something better then it's because I risk everything for that and I willing to fail for that

5. High Achievers are teachable
Image result for high achievers are teachable  -What this means is that anyone can be able to learn anything if you put the effort into it and work hard on it. It may take some time to learn some things but you'll eventually learn. Everyone is a high achiever and they will be able to learn something every day. For example we are all high achievers because we come to school everyday and learn something each day. We are teachable we are capable of learning something that can impact out lives and help us through our day as well. A high achiever seeks knowledge, spends time reading, observing and listening to those around them. They will be active listeners because they want to be teached. They will read almost everyday to get their literature up and get better.

6. High Achievers Have Heart
Image result for high achievers have heart   - What this means is that high achievers have compassion for others in need and they will be considerate of others. Have a heart and help people out that need assistance and you will get the same response as well. Out of a heart comes goals, visions, and sensitivity to other people. Out of this sensitivity comes the opportunity to serve others at a higher level. High Achievers have goals to overcome and will pursue them because that's what they are willing to do. Have a vison and focus on that because if you don't have a vison then you won't get far in life.
